How to import CSV file?

Fordeer hello to you! Previously, sales notifications required manual data entry to display on your storefront. However, our app has been updated recently, and now you can import a CSV file with custom data to streamline this process. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to import a CSV file for sales notifications: 1. Download the CSV sample file. - Go to the Data section on the Sales Notifications settings page in our app. - Here, click Download sample CSV action 2. Edit data in CSV file Import the file to Google Sheet and start to edit it. There are couple of fields you have to add the content to the CSV file included: Created at, Product name, Product URL, Product image URL. Customer name and Location columns are optional. Kindly remove all the columns having no data and recheck all the information you add to the file. How to get product URL and product image URL? How to get product URL? Kindly get the product URL on your storefront. How to get product image URL? Right-click on the image and select "Copy Image Address". After edit the file, download it in CSV format and import back to our app. 3. Import the CSV File - Click Add file icon, select your updated file, and then you can see the notification that " Import file CSV successfully". 4. Save Your Settings - Make sure to click Save at the end to apply all the changes. By following these steps, you can easily import data to show on sales notification. How to import order data to show on Sales Pop?

Kindly go to the Settings page, here you can import data to show on Sales Pop. You can use your real order directly imported from Shopify Orders or create your own orders list to make customer FOMO. 1. On the first option: Automatic (Import from Shopify Orders) coming soon 2. On the second option: Manual (Create your own orders list) This choice will allow you to create your own order list thus you can generate unlimited orders manually. You can use Manual import to add products list, customer name list, location list, and time list if you don't have enough orders available. Your data will be mixed together to create a random sales pop. How to set up the Alert Box?

Kindly stay on the Cart countdown page in our app, and then you can adjust the Alert box for the cart countdown. Allow the notification bar to show on the mobile version If you want to show the alert box on the mobile version, kindly enable it on mobile and then click Save to save all the changes. Modify the reminder time This section allows you to set when to remind customers of their cart expiration. When countdown timer reaches this time, the alert box will expand to announce the time left until their cart is abandoned. Change the message of the alert box You can edit the countdown message, reminder message and expiration message in the section below Reminder time. Add and customize button You can add a button to the alert box by enabling the Show call-to-action button and direct customers to the Checkout page or** Cart page** by choosing from Button Action and customizing button text. You can change button text by entering your own content into the box. Customize the box position You can select one of four alert box positions to grab customers attention and motivate them to check out. How to set up the Notification Bar?

Kindly stay on the Cart countdown page in our app, and then you can adjust the notification bar for the cart countdown. Allow the notification bar to show on the mobile version If you want to display the notification bar on the mobile version, kindly switch the button to the right to turn it on and then click **Save **to change all the adjustments. Change the content of the notification bar You can modify the message of the notification bar to meet your demands here. Change the color of the notification bar You can change and customize the background color and text color to fit your store color and it will attract customers at first sight. You can choose from the color palette or insert color code. Don’t forget to click **Save **to save all the modifications. How to set up the Cart Countdown in common?

Firstly, you need to access **Applications **in our app, then kindly choose Cart countdown. After that, select **Common **to set up the Cart countdown. Allow to show cart countdown on your store You can disable two types of countdown type if you don’t want them to display on your store. Set countdown time To adjust countdown time, type the time in the Set countdown time box (time in minutes). You can choose to reset countdown time whenever customers add a new product to the cart. Note that this feature does not work if customers are directed to the cart page after adding to the cart. Expiration Action After the countdown time runs out, you can choose what to do after the cart expires: - Clear cart: Clear all products in the cart and leave the cart empty - Reset time: Reset the countdown timer. Products remain in the cart. - Do nothing: Countdown stops at 00:00. Products remain in the cart. How to set up where the Popup appear?

Kindly stay in the **Behavior **section in Popup page. Here you can choose which pages will display your popup. 1. All papes: show popup on every page 2. Homepage only: show popup on homepage only 3. Exactly URL: paste the full and exact page URLs where to display your popup 4. Only pages with URL-match URL: you only need add the words after the shop domain. Our system will identify and match with URL having them. For example: If you want to add a specific product like shoes, you only need copy the phrase after the shop domain.On the other hand, if you want the popup only show up in the page had the words” products”, you need copy “products” into checkbox. 5. Any pages except the following: you can exclude the popup on some specific page.
