Please DO NOT edit the variables **NUMBER **and TIME, since our software will auto-import visitor and time data based on these variables. You can absolutely modify the styles of the promotion bar by going to Styles in Promotion Bar page. Choosing the available templates There are some available templates for you to choose. Kindly click **Change **in Basic settings, then you can freely select which template is fit with you brand identity. How many types of Cart Countdown?

Cart Countdown only works with themes which have AJAX cart (stay on current page after adding to cart). This app does not work if theme automatically redirects to cart page after adding products to cart. There are 2 types of cart countdown available in our app: Notification Bar and Alert Box. Notification Bar The notification bar will only show on the top of the Cart page, as you can see from the picture below: Alert Box The alert box always is sticky on edge of all pages and it can be collapsed to show timer only. How to change the popups name?

At the moment, you can only modify the name of the Popup and the Promotion Bar. Kindly click Manage in the Campaign list, here you can see the Popup list and Promotion Bar where shows all the information of the popups. After that, please click 🖋️ to edit the name of the pop-up. Kindly remember to save all adjustments. How to set up position of the Sold Count?

You can customize the sold count position in the Behavior page with Bottom left, Bottom right, Top left, Top right. In addition, you can increase or reduce pixels to put the popup in suitable position or far from right/left of the page. Furthermore, you can configure the popup to appear in a different position on mobile versions. If you don’t want the popup appear in mobile version, please enable the option Hide on mobile. With sold count message, you can customize content and language to meet your demands. Kindly go to Settings page in the Sold Count to be able to modify the message of the sold count. How many types of Promotion Bar?

There are 3 types of Promotion Bar on our application. I will walk you through all of them to understand more about the function of each. Announcement - Show message to customers The promotion bar shows messages and call-to-action button to customers. It includes a short text and call-to-action button. After choosing announce bar to show on your store, you need to set up some field to completely set up this bar. 1. Message: Customize bar's content 2. Bar clickable/action: 3. Make entire bar clickable. 1. Add button to bar: You can rename the button and add link to direct customer. 2. No clickable. 4. Link: Add a link to direct customer if the bar is clicked. 5. Open link in new tab: Enable this option to open link in another tab. CountDown - Create urgency for your deals This promotion bar creates urgency to customers with a countdown timer. This bar includes a short text, call-to-action button and a countdown timer. In this type, you also have to set up the basic settings: 1. Message: Customize bar's content 2. Bar clickable/action: 3. Make entire bar clickable. 1. Add button to bar: You can rename the button and add link to direct customer. 2. No clickable. 4. Link: Add a link to direct customer if the bar is clicked. 5. Open link in new tab: Enable this option to open link in another tab. Besides, you need to choose the countdown type - Specific end date: you can set the end date for the promotion bar. It will stop to countdown when the time is end. - Loop interval: if you use this feature, kindly take note that the customers will always see the countdown time is the time you set up. When they access your store again, they will see the countdown time in loop interval. Collect Email/Phone - Ask customer to subscribe This promotion bar collects email address/phone number and grow subscribers list. This bar includes a short text and an email/phone input field. In this type, you also have to set up the basic settings: - You can change the bar's content - Select subscription type - You need to choose to collect customers' email or phone numbers. - Sync with Shopify customers: Enable this button so that all collected information from this bar will be synced with your Shopify customers list. - Accept marketing: When customers subscribe and leave their emails/phone numbers, your store could collect emails/phone numbers and send a marketing email to them. - Message after submit successfully: show up on bar after customers subscribed successfully (cannot preview in app)

How to create a new Promotion Bar?

A promotion bar is created to boost sales and promote products. To create a new one, kindly go to Applications, and click **Manage **in the Promotion Bar. You will see the dashboard of the Promotion bar in the picture below. Kindly click **Create **to start to make a new one.

How to change the time of the Popup into countdown type?

The countdown popup is a user interface element commonly used to display a timer that counts down from a specific time to zero. Firstly, on the sidebar, you go to the Applications then click Manage in the Popup page. If you already have some popup campaigns, please follow our guidelines below to answer the question: Step 1: Choose one of your pop campaigns, then click the icon ⚙️ to start Step 2: Then, kindly select **Goals ** Step 3: After choosing one of the fourth popup types, scroll down you see the Enable countdown option, and put the checkmark in this checkbox to enable this feature. You can choose 2 countdown types 1. Specific end date: You have to set up the end date then our system will identify and import information in the popup. You can see a demo on the right of your screen. 2. Loop interval: The frequency or duration at which the countdown updates or refreshes. For example, if the countdown is set to 2 days, and the loop interval time is 18 hours, the countdown will update every second, showing the remaining time as it counts down from 2 days 18 hrs 00 mins 00 secs to 2 days 17 hrs 59 mins 59, and so on until it reaches 00:00. Noted that: The customers always see your loop interval set up whenever they access your store. Like the picture above, they will see 2 days 17 hours 59 mins 59 secs whenever they trigger something.
