How to show the teaser?
How to show the teaser on your popup? Overview A teaser is a small, compact tab that stays on your storefront after a shopper closes the popup or clicks Maybe later. It works as a gentle reminder of your offer, so shoppers can reopen the popup and claim the discount whenever they’re ready, without the full popup interrupting their browsing. With the teaser turned on, your popup moves from show once → forgotten to show once → always within reach, helping you capture more email sign-ups and recover shoppers who weren’t ready the first time. Step 1: Open the popup editor 1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Fordeer Sales Popup → Popups. 2. In the Popup List, find the popup you want to edit. 3. Click the ⚙️ Settings icon in the Actions column to open the popup editor. Tip: Don’t have a popup yet? Click Create in the top-right corner of the Popup List to create a new one. Step 2: Turn on Show teaser 1. In the popup editor, select the Condition tab. 2. Click User behavior. 3. In the User behavior panel on the right, switch on the Show teaser toggle. Note: The teaser works together with your User behavior settings. For example, with On a timer set to 5 seconds, the popup appears after 5 seconds, and once the shopper closes it, the teaser remains visible so they can reopen the popup later. Step 3: Preview the teaser 1. At the top of the preview area, select the Teaser tab to see how the teaser will look on your storefront. 2. Use the Desktop and Mobile icons above the preview to check the teaser on both devices. Tip: You can also switch between Start status and Success status to review the full popup journey, from the first view to after a shopper signs up. Step 4: Save your changes Click Save in the top-right corner of the editor. Make sure your popup status shows Active so the popup and teaser appear on your storefront. Tip: Visit your storefront in an incognito window, close the popup, and check that the teaser appears as expected. Getting StartedHow to import CSV file?
Fordeer hello to you! Previously, sales notifications required manual data entry to display on your storefront. However, our app has been updated recently, and now you can import a CSV file with custom data to streamline this process. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to import a CSV file for sales notifications: 1. Download the CSV sample file. - Go to the Data section on the Sales Notifications settings page in our app. - Here, click Download sample CSV action 2. Edit data in CSV file Import the file to Google Sheet and start to edit it. There are couple of fields you have to add the content to the CSV file included: Created at, Product name, Product URL, Product image URL. Customer name and Location columns are optional. Kindly remove all the columns having no data and recheck all the information you add to the file. How to get product URL and product image URL? How to get product URL? Kindly get the product URL on your storefront. How to get product image URL? Right-click on the image and select "Copy Image Address". After edit the file, download it in CSV format and import back to our app. 3. Import the CSV File - Click Add file icon, select your updated file, and then you can see the notification that " Import file CSV successfully". 4. Save Your Settings - Make sure to click Save at the end to apply all the changes. By following these steps, you can easily import data to show on sales notification. At the moment, you can only modify the name of the Popup and the Promotion Bar. Kindly click Manage in the Campaign list, here you can see the Popup list and Promotion Bar where shows all the information of the popups. After that, please click 🖋️ to edit the name of the pop-up. Kindly remember to save all adjustments. You can select pages to show your sold count on the Behavior page 1. All pages: show popup on every page on your store 2. Homepage only: show popup on homepage only 3. Exactly URL: paste the full and exact page URLs where to display your popup 4. Only pages with URL-match URL: you only need add the words after the shop domain. Our system will identify and match with URL having them. 5. Any pages except the following: you can exclude the popup on some specific page. Display & PlacementHow to enable app embed?
This installation guide is applied for Dawn and other Shopify themes compatible with Online Stores 2.0 requirements. We will walk you through the step-by-step instructions to get app embeds approval on your store successfully. By default, app embed blocks are deactivated after an app is installed. Users need to activate app embed blocks in the theme editor from Theme Settings > App embeds. However, on the Dashboard of this app, you can click directly on the Enable app embed button in the Quick set up guide. Then, you will access the theme settings page of your store website; On the sidebar menu in the upper left corner, the Fordeer - Sales Popup POP has already been enabled to allow this app creation to be displayed on your website. Click Save to make sure that you activate the app embed block successfully.
